• Chad Brannan- Pastor

My family and I came to New Bethel Baptist in 2017. We feel God has truly led us here to be a part of this wonderful church and community. It is an incredible honor and privilege to serve as pastor here and it is great to see the Lord working in and through so many loving and faithful people. My wife, Carrie, and I have three boys and a daughter-in-law: Riley & Abigail, Patrick, and Tyler.  In my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time in the outdoors hiking, backpacking, and hunting. As pastor, I believe it is a great responsibility to preach and teach the Scriptures to others and I strive faithfully to do so in a way that holds true to the entire Gospel Message given to us by God’s revealed Word. It is my hope that you would prayerfully consider joining us for worship as we seek to grow together in unity and likeness unto Christ. My favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

  • Stephen Howard-Youth Pastor

Emily and I moved here in January of 2023 with our two cats Cheddar and Colby. I am originally from the Great People’s Republic of Maryland. We ended up here in Northern Kentucky because God called me to pastoral ministry in 2021. Coming to New Bethel Baptist Church has been a tremendous blessing because both the community and the church have been welcoming. My heart’s desire for New Bethel is that the youth (along with the rest of the church) would grow in their knowledge of Christ so that they could glorify God with their lives. My hobbies include playing video games, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, cats, and relaxing with Emily. My favorite book of the Bible is 1 & 2 Kings.

  • Stacey Griffin- Music Minister

I love my family! We are a blended family full of challenges and there is never a dull moment. My wonderful wife, Tammy, is the most important piece in our puzzle. Our two little grandchildren, Alayah and Isaac live with us, but we receive help from our two teenage girls, Bethany and Kairos, as well. Tammy and I also have three older children, Cana, Josiah, and Hannah who no longer live with us. My hobbies include work, church, and child transportation. What excites me most about our church is leading our choir and how much Brother Chad loves the Lord and preaches Jesus every Sunday. My favorite Bible verse is John 9:25- “He answered and said, whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know; that though I was blind, now I see.”

  • Kathy McDannold- Administrative Assistant

I was born and raised at New Bethel. On Sunday mornings, I teach Sunday School in the nursery.  I have also served as the Administrative Assistant since 2003.  When I am not serving at the church, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as crafting.  My favorite scripture is Matthew 19:14- Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
